Applestone Homes Land division is always looking for parcels of land. In order to utilise our skills fully we buy land primarily without planning permission. However, in order to continue our successful growth in the future we also buy land with full planning permission that are ready to build.

On sites without planning permission, we have a dedicated team working to get the best possible planning permission on both Brownfield (previously developed) and Greenfield sites, ensuring that landowners get maximum value, well above normal market prices.

Less than 10 acres
Sites that could be considered include: petrol stations, car sale showrooms, factories, storage warehouses, office premises, nurseries and also many other sites that may have been used for a variety of different uses. Also sites where previous applications have been unsuccessful, or sites which would involve assembling various pieces of land in one parcel.
