At Applestone Homes we pride ourselves on our ability to create individual developments of a number of dwellings, also due to our extensive knowledge and experience in gaining planning permission we generate the greatest amount possible from the land value prior to building.

This does not mean we over crowd pieces of land by simply designing apartments. We generate the value from designing the properties in keeping with surrounding dwellings and in conjunction with what people want in a home.

Having completed a large number of planning applications in recent years we have been able to develop good relationships with the majority of planning officers in the surround boroughs. It is these contacts and experience that will enable us to release the potential in most pieces of land.

If you have a piece of land you wish to gain planning permission on, Applestone Homes would be happy to discuss the possibilities, whilst at the same time taking into account your desires for the plot.

We simply work on a NO PLANNING PERMISSION = NO FEE basis.

In the event where we complete plans and put forward a planning application and planning permission is not granted, there will be no charge!

When plans are completed and full detailed planning permission is granted, our fee is calculated as a percentage of the end value of the land with the planning.
